Chapter Report

Fellow Flagstaff and State ABATE Chapter Members

I want to take the time to introduce myself and to express my excitement on taking on the challenge as the Flagstaff Chapter ABATE Coordinator. Tommy Tennyson has accepted the position as Vice Coordinator and we were lucky enough to retain the expertise and experience of Beverly Biggs as Beverly Briggs – Treasurer, Beverly and Dee Hickoff will share Communications, Cliff Tyler - Sgt. At Arms, Dee Hickoff – Secretary and Mike Brabeck as Merchandise Officer. We are still actively seeking a Run Coordinator.

I would like to thank the previous Flagstaff Chapter Board members and members for their support, and want to inform them all that we will do what is necessary to continue and to improve the Flagstaff Chapter ABATE, and to support ABATE at the state level.

As with any Volunteer or Non- Profit organization, member event turnout and support is not always as hoped for, but we must remember why we joined ABATE. Every one of you is an important spoke in the wheel that makes us a successful organization. ABATE is there to protect your rights as a biker and we need you. It only takes 1-2 hours of your support a month to attend a meeting or event. Let us hear your voice. 12-24 hours per year out of 8760 hours per year, only 0.003% of your time to protect and support your rights. Plus its fun! Even if you can only be involved every other month, I hope to see you at the next Flagstaff ABATE Chapter meeting on November 22nd at 10:00 AM at Gypsies Hideaway on 4th street.

Remember to look both ways twice.
Respectfully,
Scott Gold
Chapter Coordinator
Flagstaff ABATE
