Lobbyist Mike InfanzonRevving Up for a Packed Fall

The upcoming fall season is set to be a whirlwind of excitement for motorcyclists in Arizona. From engaging events to legislative preparations, the motorcycle community is gearing up for a busy period. This article highlights some of the key events and initiatives taking place, underscoring the commitment of organizations like ABATE of Arizona to advancing motorcycle freedoms. I want to express our gratitude to the City of Winslow for being an open city for the successful "Too Broke for Sturgis" event and share information about the forthcoming Motorcycle Riders Foundation Meeting of the Minds, which holds special significance this year.

Too Broke for Sturgis: A Resounding Success

The recent "Too Broke for Sturgis" event not only captured the spirit of camaraderie among motorcycle enthusiasts but also showcased the unwavering support of the City of Winslow. This vibrant gathering provided an avenue for riders to come together, celebrate their shared passion, and relish the scenic beauty of Winslow, even with the windy afternoons. I would like to express my gratitude to the City of Winslow for being a gracious host and fostering an atmosphere of warmth and community.

MRF Meeting of the Minds: A Milestone in Harrisburg

One of the most anticipated events on the horizon is the Motorcycle Riders Foundation Meeting of the Minds, scheduled to take place in Harrisburg, PA. This event is particularly noteworthy as it will witness the induction of Mary K into the MRF Hall of Fame. This honor serves as a testament to the dedication and contributions of Mary K, as well as the continued commitment of ABATE of Arizona members to advancing the rights and interests of motorcycle riders. With three members from ABATE of Arizona set to be inducted into the MRF Hall of Fame, the state's motorcycle community is clearly making its mark on a national scale.

Advocacy and Strategic Alliances: Building for the Future

ABATE of Arizona’s engagement extends beyond events to vital advocacy efforts and the development of strategic alliances. Ongoing meetings with legislators form a crucial aspect of this engagement, allowing for open dialogue and collaboration to safeguard motorcycle freedoms. ABATE of Arizona's proactive approach in building these alliances demonstrates its commitment to making a lasting impact on legislation and policy.

Preparing for 2024 Legislative Session: Looking Ahead

I am proud to share that preparations for the 2024 legislative session are already in full swing and underscore our commitment to ensuring that the interests of motorcycle enthusiasts are well-represented. By taking proactive measures well in advance, we aim to address potential challenges and create a favorable environment for the motorcycle community.

ABATE of Arizona's ongoing strategic initiatives reflect a commendable commitment to advancing motorcycle freedoms in the state. By maintaining a forward-thinking approach and actively participating in events, advocacy, and legislative preparations, Arizona's motorcycle community continues to lead the charge in securing and safeguarding the rights of riders. As we look forward to a bustling fall season, the dedication of all involved serves as a beacon of hope for the preservation of motorcycle freedoms.
